And above all else, the House Supervisor pledges to keep our patients safe. The House Supervisor seeks guidance from senior nursing leadership when major issues arise and communicates with physicians as required. The House Supervisor assists staff with questions, responds to crisis situations and reviews staffing requirements – making necessary adjustments when needed. The Night Shift House Supervisor is responsible for ensuring hospital functions according to plan and process.
